User Friendly IVR Menu Options
iRefill Voice allows patients to place refill orders, leave voice messages attached to their orders, or check the status of their orders. Prescribers can leave new orders and refill authorizations. Callers can leave general voice messages, check business hours and zero out to speak to a staff member at any time.

Interfaced to Pharmacy Management System
Refill orders placed using iRefill Voice are validated and submitted for processing into a prescription refill queue in the pharmacy management system. Patients will also hear the confirmation of the status of their order in real-time.
