TeleManagerCentral IVRTM
TeleManagerCentral IVRTM is an advanced Interactive Voice over IP capable Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system developed specifically for chain and multiple-location drugstores. The system communicates with multiple pharmacy locations over a secure wide area network connection. Each pharmacy can monitor the status of their orders and listen to voicemail from any workstation. All settings for each pharmacy are customizable on the central server for easy-to-update inbound greetings, outbound calling, marketing messaging and other advanced IVR features.
TeleManagerCentral IVRTM was developed using advanced Voice XML (VXML) technology, which allows it to run on multiple hardware platforms and to work seamlessly with conventional telephony or Voice-over-Internet Protocol (VoIP) infrastructures.
