Refill TeleManagerTM:  Our in-store Interactive Voice Response (IVR) System. Refill TeleManagerTM is most suitable for large independent stores, chain stores, mail order pharmacies and large multi-site hospitals and clinics.  Designed to balance performance with ease-of-use, the system can handle the most complex operating requirements while still being intuitive for the pharmacist.

TeleManager On-Demand IVR ServiceTM:  Our unique and patented ASP model IVR service is ideal for pharmacies that want all the benefits of IVR but do not want to make the investment in hardware or disrupt operations for installation of wiring or communications cabling. The On-Demand IVR Service requires only a modest one-time installation charge and then the service is provided on a pay-per-use basis, meaning you only pay for the IVR service when patients and prescribers choose to use it.

Refill NetManagerTM:  An extension of either our in-store IVR or IVR On-Demand Service, Refill NetManagerTM enables customers to place prescription refill orders over the Internet. Whether or not your store has a web page.  With the simple addition of Refill NetManagerTM, your pharmacy will better serve customers regardless of their communication preferences and further free up valuable pharmacist time.

OverflowManager ServiceTM :  This, patented Service provides overcapacity relief for all pharmacies with an existing IVR system.  OverflowManagerTM kicks-in when all of a pharmacy's phone lines are in use, providing extra capacity on an as-needed basis for patients' and doctors' prescription calls.  The service requires no additional hardware and no up-front investment.  Pharmacies only pay for what they use.  The Service works with all brands of in-store IVR systems.

TeleManagerCentral IVR:  Developed to meet the unique needs of multiple location pharmacies the second generation of TeleManagerCentral IVR provides all the features of traditional IVR systems but by eliminating the need for hardware at each remote location it significantly reduces the cost of implementation and provides enhanced home office support.
