TeleManager™ On-Demand IVR System

TeleManager™ On-Demand IVR System is a patented, full-featured managed (ASP Model) IVR service. It enables your pharmacy to offer automated refills without the need to purchase or install any computer hardware or telephone equipment. Prescription information is seamlessly routed over a secure Internet connection and the refill request passes directly into your pharmacy management system's refill queue. If a refill request is not valid, patients are immediately provided with the reason and presented with further options. All voice messages and prescribers' orders appear on your IVR screen immediately and pharmacy personnel can listen to and transcribe them right from their IVR workstation.

As an added feature the On-Demand IVR System provides a dedicated toll free telephone line, which is a direct line to the IVR. By promoting this toll free number as a special refill line your pharmacy can offer your patients the option to call the IVR directly, thereby dramatically reducing the number of phone calls coming into the pharmacy.
