OverflowManager™

OverflowManager™ is a patented IVR service that instantly expands the inbound phone call capacity of your pharmacy. Peak time call demand sometimes exceeds the limit of your phone lines causing callers to get a busy signal. The result is unhappy callers, poor customer service and potentially lost sales. This problem occurs regardless of which brand of IVR or pharmacy management system you use. OverflowManager has been proven to totally eliminate this problem.

With OverflowManager, patients and prescribers calling in prescription orders to the pharmacy will always be greeted with the pharmacy's customized message and be able to leave their prescription order or a voice message, regardless of the number of phone lines or call volume. OverflowManager is a hosted service with TeleManager hosting the hardware and software required to take prescription orders at our central call center. The result to the pharmacy is a virtually unlimited capacity to process inbound prescription orders without adding costly new hardware, software or phone lines.

OverflowManager can work in conjunction with any IVR system. Once refill orders or messages has been left, OverflowManager automatically alerts the pharmacy that there are new messages or prescription orders in the queue.
