Refill NetManager™

Refill NetManager™ is an on-line prescription refill service that enables your patients to quickly and conveniently request their prescription refills over the Internet - at any time that is convenient for them. NetManager is integrated with your pharmacy management system so that refills are validated and posted into your pharmacy management system's refill queue in real-time. NetManager interfaces with any of TeleManager's Interactive Voice Response (IVR) systems so that all orders, whether placed over the telephone or the Internet can be viewed in a single refill queue.

NetManager can be used whether or not your pharmacy has its own website. If your pharmacy has its own website, NetManager is accessed by clicking on a special refill link on your homepage. Patients are presented with a customized Rx Refill page that they can complete in seconds. NetManager is connected directly to your pharmacy over a secure Internet or Intranet connection. Within seconds, patients are notified whether their prescription is refillable. If a refill request is not valid, users are immediately provided with the reason and presented with further options.

If your pharmacy does not have its own website, patients can access a special website hosted by TeleManager. This website provides your pharmacy with a customized home page that facilitates real time on-line refills and also features your store hours, location and special services. This is a cost effective and practical alternative for pharmacies without their own website.
