Refill TeleManager Service

Refill TeleManager Service^TM is a patented, leading edge service that allows pharmacies to reap the benefits of an in-store IVR system WITHOUT investing in hardware, software, monthly maintenance or valuable pharmacy space. Customer and doctor calls are automatically forwarded from the pharmacy to our central processing facility where orders and messages are taken and then sent back to the pharmacy via fax, email or secure wide area network (WAN) connection. Depending on the pharmacy's desire, pharmacists can either call a dedicated number to retrieve messages or have the messages sent directly to their computer screens.
